Flowhaven and AI

AI for licensing starts with your records

Anyone can buy the model. Very few have the record. Flowhaven keeps every agreement, approval and royalty report in one structured system, built on Salesforce, so AI tools such as Claude can connect through an integration and work with your real program data.

How it works

What we have tested

What it looks like on a real program

Four examples from our tests on the Flowhaven demo org.

Ask across your program
Which products were approved in the last 12 months but never appeared on a royalty report?
Two licensees have approved products with no reported sales yet. One of them, Bluewake Apparel, also shows heavy design activity but weak sales, a signal worth a call well before renewal.

Approvals
Why do our approvals take so many rounds?
Most rejections point back to the same style guide rules. Licensee comments read impatient, and licensor comments often lack a reason or a next step. Suggested fix: clearer licensee briefs and expectations set up front.

Royalties
Check this quarter’s royalty reports before we invoice.
Formats translated, SKUs and territories matched, royalties calculated against agreement rates. Flagged for review: lines that do not reconcile, a report submitted but not invoiced, and one report whose data looks too perfect to trust.

Planning
How many people does our program need?
Based on your agreements, licensees and yearly submissions: roughly three full-time roles across licensing, brand assurance and royalties. A profit view with guarantee coverage and revenue concentration is attached.

Trust

AI you can trust with your licensing data

Not used for training

When you connect Claude on a commercial plan, Anthropic does not use your data to train its models.

Stays in your org

Your records stay in your Flowhaven org on Salesforce, with enterprise grade security, SOC 2 and GDPR.

A person stays in charge

AI proposes, a person confirms. Anything sent to a licensee is sent by a person.

Salesforce Trust Layer

Flowhaven AI features on Agentforce inherit zero data retention, data masking and an audit trail.

FAQ

We get these questions a lot.

Still have a question? Talk to our team, or see Flowhaven on your own program in a 30 minute demo.

Not today. Flowhaven is built on Salesforce, so AI tools such as Claude can connect to it through an integration. Everything on this page has been tested that way on our demo org or is on our test list.

We have tested Claude, and a Flowhaven MCP server is coming soon to make connecting AI assistants simpler. Ask us about the tool your team uses.

AI proposes, a person confirms. Anything sent to a licensee is drafted by AI and sent by a person.

Anthropic does not use data from its commercial products, including Claude for Work and the API, to train its models. For other tools, check their business terms; we are happy to help.

Answer quality follows record quality. Our onboarding moves your agreements, approvals and royalty data into Flowhaven at no extra cost, which is what makes AI useful.
