- Submit designs for approval. Your configurable approval stages apply to every submission. Only factories with a valid audit can be selected, so expired audits never slip through.
- See feedback pinned on the artwork. Comments sit right on the design, and versions can be compared side by side. The factory always works from the approved file.
- Pick up current style guides and assets. Share the season’s assets once and see which partner has the latest version.
- Report royalties line by line. Automated reminders go out on schedule. Each line is checked against the agreement: rates, territories and approved SKUs.
- Check their balance. Licensees and agents can see where they stand at any time.

Do we pay for every partner who logs in?
No. Guest users are unlimited, so partners access the portal at no extra licence cost. Licensees, agents, retailers and factories can all be invited.
Can partners use the portal in their own language?
Yes. Flowhaven offers language selection within the system, so users can choose their language, for example Japanese, from the start.
How do we get our partners started?
Standard onboarding comes at no extra cost. It includes migration templates, a bulk import of your data and train the trainer sessions. Rollout covers your partners as well as your internal team.
What happens to a royalty report after a licensee submits it?
