Licensing finance and royalty roles
The finance and royalties track makes sure every royalty is reported, checked, invoiced and paid. It is where a licensing program turns into revenue, and where small errors become expensive ones.
The track has three branches: royalty operations processes statements and collects cash, royalty audit checks what licensees owed, and licensing finance plans and reports the numbers. They meet under a head of licensing finance.

From royalty analyst to head of licensing finance.
